Construction Updates

South Medford Support Services 

Construction progress is going well and on schedule. The South Wing Building second and third floor concrete is complete, with the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical rough-ins scheduled to start this week. The exterior steel stud framing has begun for the North Wing Building. All structural steel and common corridor divider between the South Wing Building and North Wing Building are complete.

West Medford Branch

This project is moving along quickly. The exterior and interior framing are complete.  The electrical and plumbing rough-in has begun with anticipated completion mid-July. Mechanical rough-in is scheduled to start mid-July with completion in August.
