Construction Updates

South Medford Support Services-

Medford residents have seen a lot of activity at the corner of Garfield and S. Pacific Highway! We’re excited to expand our headquarters with the South Medford Support Services building that will hire many of our back office support teams. S+B James Construction is the design-builder selected for this project. Construction is on target and progressing well. The North Wing Building concrete foundation is complete and the structural steel framing is underway, with anticipated completion mid-May. The South Wing Building footings are complete, with concrete foundation scheduled to pour at the end of April.

West Medford Branch-

We’re adding a full-service branch to our existing West Medford Drive-Up. Outlier Construction has mobilized with sitework and excavation underway. The concrete foundation is scheduled to be poured at the end of April with anticipated structural steel and framing to start in June. 

The remodel of our Port Orford branch is now complete, following a water main break at the end of 2020. We invite our coast members to stop by and check out the freshly renovated facilities.
